The NBPA Performance Summit 2023: Athlete Investors, Innovation, and Inspiration
Málaga, Spain- July 18-20th, 2023: The NBPA Performance Summit in Málaga, Spain was a huge success, an epic experience for all who attended. WiST CEO+Founder, Marilou McFarlane, and WiST board chair and underdog venture advisory President, Alysse Soll, participated on a panel with Antonio Cacorino of APEX Capital moderated by Benny Bonsu, Director of Daily Content for Olympic Channel Services, discussing the synergy of athlete investors.
Sports tech is exploding and having more professional athlete investors is a win-win for tech and innovation, as they can help to drive culture inside the businesses in which they invest.
