WiSTNG_BLOG1.jpg

We believe Diversity and Inclusion need a roadmap.

This initiative expands upon WiST’s diversity goals with an emphasis on social justice.

Our objectives are:

  • To provide role models for young women in careers that engage their passion of sports, motivating them to pursue opportunities in the sports tech industry in which women and underserved communities are vastly underrepresented.

  • To mentor and guide middle and high school young women to inspire them toward future educational opportunities and encourage STEAM studies and degrees that lead to a career in sports tech.

  • To create and distribute educational and inspirational content to underserved communities in a highly scalable manner via strong established partners.
